About
JDPW’s studio space measures 2,200 sq ft and is capable of going day to night with plenty of available/natural light. The space is equipped with a kitchenette, restrooms, and a designated “model changing room.” High wood beam ceilings allow for plenty of room to set up various types of lighting equipment and backdrops. Cement floors covered with a protective sealant contributes to the room’s industrial flavor. Street parking and a back parking lot provide easy access for load-in.

*A one-hour grace period will be provided for the front and back end times.

$250/day Members
$500/day Non-Members
What’s Included
Rental rate includes complete access to studio space, kitchenette, restrooms and a “model changing room.” Basic grip equipment is also included such as C-stands, sand bags, clamps, and an apple box. Seamless backdrops are also available. Lighting equipment is NOT provided. A sound system is also included for those looking to incorporate music in their shoots. (Please bring a computer or i-Pod loaded with music selections.)
