Rent LACP’s Space for Events or Parties

LACP’s 2200 sq ft studio space and 600 sq ft classroom may be rented for events or parties. The main studio space, equipped with two public restrooms and a kitchenette, is large enough to accommodate up to 150 guests. The classroom space can easily sit up to 50 guests.  Roughly 10 six-foot tables are available, in addition to approximately 60 folding chairs. Both the main studio space and classroom are equipped with ceiling mounted digital projection, and a sound system includes one hand-held microphones. Plenty of street parking is available and back-lot parking can accommodate up to 40 tandem parked vehicles.

Rental Rates

Base rate: $800 + $150 site manager fee + $100 cleaning fee
Fee is applicable for events running up to four hours in duration.  Events programmed longer than four hours will incur extra fees.

What’s Included

Rental rate includes complete access to the main studio/event space, kitchenette, restrooms (x3), projection sound system, one hand-held microphone, six-foot tables (x10), folding chairs (x60), and back-lot parking (7200 sq ft).
