Pinhole Photography

This hands-on workshop is designed for a beginner or an advanced photographer. The technique itself is not difficult and requires no prior photographic training. The pinhole cameras provided in class are basically a 4x5 wooden box with a tiny hole that serves as the F/stop and lens. A small lever that covers the pinhole is moved back and forth to function as the shutter. These are the basics of the first camera made and today the pinhole still creates stunningly beautiful images, softer than pictures with a lens.  Following a demonstration and explanation, all participants will go out to shoot.
